Sometimes the delivery of your order may be postponed or delayed. On the rare occasion that this may happen we will do our best to let you know and discuss revised delivery timescales with you.

Pappy’s Texas Barbeque always aims to provide the highest quality of authentic products and the highest level of customer service. If you feel that we have not met that aim, then please contact us. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible but within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress. Complaints in respect of the quality of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our Managing Director for review and we promise whenever possible to respond to you within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any opened produce delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a gift voucher to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations.
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order – generally this will be an automated e-mail response. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
