Shipping & returns



Orders will ship within 3 business days. We dispatch orders Monday-Wednesday, orders that are made after Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

If you would like to request Friday and Saturday delivery for an additional fee, please email and we will do our best to assist you. 

In the rare instance that an item is ordered before we can update its status in the shop, it may take longer to process an order. If this happens we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to keep you updated on our progress and timeline.

 All orders are shipped via courier. This method usually takes only 1-2 days to reach anywhere in the United Kingdom. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your parcel ships. Our meat products are ice packed and cool boxed to ensure your items arrive fresh and frozen, even in the event of a courier delay. 

 Our delivery rates are as follows:£6.99 for 2.5kg or below, £10.99 for packages up to 15kg. Free local collection is available from Windermere and Kendal by arrangement only. Free delivery is offered for orders over £200. 

 A contact phone number and ‘safe place’ must be provided. This is only for the couriers use in the event that your item is not delivered. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for orders lost in transit or after delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you if this occurs.

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products and gift cards cannot be returned. Non-perishable items, such as t-shirts and hats, may be returned. If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at 07841 919634 or email and we will do our best to resolve the problem. 

 To be eligible for a return, non-perishable items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
