Hi I’m Robin, Pappy’s daughter, born and bred on the legendary US Smoke trail in Taylor, Texas. I’m 3rd generation Pitmaster and former Rodeo Queen! Pappy’s is now in the UK and I’m excited to bring our family cooking tradition to the Lake District.
Hot Pit Smokin’ – low and slow ‘Texas style’ for up to 24 hours. I’m passionate about using quality Cumbrian and Heritage meats smoking fully with locally sourced oak producing real BBQ that is distinctive and delicious. You know you have the ‘real deal’ when you see the peppery ‘outer bark’ and the delicate pink ‘smoke ring’ tasting the most amazing flavour.
